Trattoria not far from the highway. The large number of cars parked when I arrived for lunch (during the week), despite the non-central location of the restaurant, immediately made me realize that I was probably right to stop. As soon as I entered they made me sit on the first floor and showed me the menu, which was quite traditional. While waiting for the quarter of Lambrusco I stopped to observe the place, furnished as it once was. Friendly staff. I ordered a gramigna with sausage, for the moment the best I've eaten in Modena. Balanced flavors, perfect pasta cooking, generous portions. I ended with a trifle, excellent! Prices ok, I spent around €20.

I've wanted to go there for a long time, for years I've always stupidly avoided it because it's too close to home (100 MT from my parents' house, where I grew up). A sentence comes to mind that I once read in an advertising poster for a washing machine:

We are welcomed just before closing, a pit stop on a long journey. The restaurant is located a few minutes from the highway. We take cappelletti in broth, gramigna with sausage, pumpkin flan with gorgonzola and finally nougat semifreddo with melted chocolate and lemon semifreddo with strawberry cream. All truly delicious!!! Very kind and welcoming owner. Definitely excellent value for money! Highly recommended

A certainty! You are never wrong! We are Addicted to the Easter lunch (the only Sunday they are open) and despite the absolute capacity Impeccable Service at the right times Everything Exquisite.....Not to mention the terrace under the Wisteria.... A Fairytale 🔝

Pochi piatti ma perfetti e storici.
Finalmente cose semplici ma buonissime.
Provate i tortini degli antipasti. I primi agganciati alla tradizione ma con quel tocco innovativo.
Bigoli pancetta e cipolla creano dipendenza per arrivare alla cotoletta perfetta e i dolci fantastici.
Servizio veloce, e puntuale ...bravissima la ragazza a pian terreno.

È sempre una goduria per il palato poter gustare i piatti di questa trattoria che in ogni stagione propone piatti tipici e anche di propria creazione.
L'insalata "Barchetta" è l'unica che può competere per bontà con un antipasto o un primo della tradizione regionale.
Assolutamente una meta per assaporare quello che ci si aspetta da un locale del modenese....
