Local with traditional style. It could almost be a starred restaurant: excellent cuisine with original proposals. Ate traditional menu. Fantastic giardiniera and green anchovies.... not at all salty, very good. Green agnolotti most likely homemade. Braised cheek...... particular. Respectable wine list, although I admit that I am not a great expert. Very nice experience. I think, in Cirié one of the best.

Second time in a few months. A very pleasant confirmation. The starters are not only a pleasure for the sight but also for the palate (sinoira snack and asparagus on savory zabaglione highly recommended). With the first courses, all expectations are exceeded (spectacular Roman gnocco and risotto). The mango dessert is a delicacy for connoisseurs! Wide choice of excellent wines (the Nebbiolo di Negro for my personal tastes is perfect to accompany the dishes ordered). Exceptional value for money. The only note that could be improved is the layout of the tables. With the room full the noise is a bit high. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great restaurant, found on google maps thanks to the nice reviews. I can only confirm everything. Excellent trio of raw meat, excellent braised cheek, warm heart and excellent glass of red wine. All accompanied by impeccable service, a simple menu and a beautiful venue. If there is an opportunity I will return.

Ho scelto questo posto semplicemente perché era il più vicino a casa che accettava i miei Yums in scadenza. La prossima volta invece ci tornerò per l'ottima qualità delle portate, per la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale e per la location veramente carina. Abbiamo preso un ottimo menù degustazione con una bottiglia di Pinot nero che, siccome non l'abbiamo finita, ci è stata tappata e imbustata per portarla a casa, il prezzo è assolutamente adeguato alla qualità. Un'ottima scoperta.

Pranzo di lavoro con i colleghi. Bel locale, grande selezione di vini, menu con poche portate che denota buona selezione e freschezza delle materie prime. Su consiglio dei colleghi che vengono spesso in questo locale ho preso la guancia al barolo con pure. Veramente squisita! Tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare gli altri piatti. Consigliatissimo per cena o pausa pranzo.

07/04/2024: essential. Magnificent museum and very well presented works. We have access to several buildings. Don't miss the library and the armory. It takes at least 2 hours if done quickly. The enclosed garden behind is also very nice (you can access it from the basement) otherwise another garden with free access also accessible from the square. Beautiful collections of paintings, sculptures and astonishing furniture. Magnificent moldings and ceilings.

07/04/2024: Restaurant chosen for a short trip to Turin. Dinner booked for a Friday evening and the place presented itself with a very welcoming atmosphere, soft music and no noise as often happens in restaurants and finally, what is fundamental, kind and extremely helpful staff. As for dinner, I would say impeccable. The quality of the food is very high and the prices decidedly competitive. The tajarin are highly recommended as they look and taste delicious and the sandwiches, for those who prefer a more homemade solution, are excellent. Tried the "Stelvio" as a lover of pesto and bresaola and also the "Piemontese" is a fantastic sandwich with a herb omelette and above all sweet gorgonzola to tickle the palate. In case of a future trip, it will be a gastronomic destination that deserves to be visited again.
