My wife and I had a lovely dinner here. After walking all day we were craving some good pasta and they sure delivered! Nice cozy spot for a quiet dinner after exploring Florence. Grazie!

Had a delightful meal at La Martinicca - our last evening in Florence. Entrecôte and delicious asparagus risotto. Could not resist the chocolate and hazelnut cake. The service was so friendly and great homely atmosphere.

Feel like at home, away from home! Local located 2 steps from Piazza S. Maria Novella. Genuine place, with very fresh, very good delicacies from the menu of the day (always very different every day). Upon entering you are greeted with such kindness, friendliness and professionalism by Marco, Pasquale and Eleonora (owners and managers). I highly recommend it. I always come here when I can!!!! I love you!!!

Truly a lovely place. Dishes with high quality ingredients, prepared with care. Exquisite staff. A stone's throw from Santa Maria Novella. Excellent wines. Highly recommended. New menu for April 2024, also in the lunch version. Delicious rigatoni with artichokes, the courgette, rocket and parmesan salad is always a certainty. New tasty tuna salad to try. Top desserts, but the Florentine Schiacciata really deserves a stop in this lovely and elegant place. Here you will also find a loyal local clientele.

Abbiamo mangiato antipasto di salumi,burrata al tartufo e insalata di carciofi,due belle bistecche( fiorentine) con patate fritte e carciofi fritti,innaffiate con un buonissimo vino rosso,dei dolci spettacolari. L'oste e il personale molto cordiale, è stato come stare a casa da amici Il conto è stato una sorpresa: se avessimo speso di più nulla da dire. Quando torneremo a Firenze sarà sicuramente una tappa dell'intinerario. Insomma bellissima serata.

Deliziosa trattoria in pieno centro ma non turistica, cibo di qualità nel solco della tradizione culinaria toscana. Ottimi primi, notevole fiorentina e fantastiche patate fritte. Molto consigliata!

Ristorante in centro, dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene; comprende anche dei piatti per vegetariani molto buoni. Mi è piaciuto molto il servizio: gentile e non incalzante e l’atmosfera accogliente. Decisamente un bel posto dove mangiare.

Tornato con amici dopo qualche anno. Si riconferma la qualità del cibo , del servizio e del prezzo. Uno dei pochi ristoranti che nel centro di Firenze ha mantenuto le caratteristiche toscane dei piatti proposti.

25/03/2024: One of the best pastas we ate on the trip. The flavor of the sauce and the consistency of the pasta were excellent. We ordered the “I PACCHERI DEL MACELLAIO” and “LE FETTUCCINE MAREMMANE”. The tiramisu was also worth it. The best we've ever eaten.
25/03/2024: I returned after almost twenty years, for a childhood memory, and I did very well! Just behind Piazza della Signoria, you can enjoy authentic Florentine cuisine, with the classic crostini with lard, with liver pâté, then moving on to wild boar with polenta and an excellent Fiorentina cooked to perfection, all accompanied by excellent Chianti. Very kind staff, bill appropriate to the high quality of the experience, we will definitely return again, highly recommended!
