Historic restaurant near Viale Indipendenza. Sublime food and efficient service. We tried the tagliatelle and the Gramigna, really good and for the second course the classic cutlet and the beef cheek so tender that it could be cut with the back of the knife. Everything is just right here. An individual, cozy facility. The service was quick, friendly and professional. I've been here several times to eat and have enjoyed it every time and at a fair price.

Sono tornata in questa trattoria dopo alcuni anni per una cena di lavoro. Ho ripreso i tortelloni di zucca con granella di amaretti perché mi ricordavo mi fossero piaciuti molto. Belli e a sentir dire anche buoni i piatti presi dagli altri commensali. Prezzi nella media del centro di Bologna. Locale molto tipico anche per l'arredamento.

Ho telefonato con molto anticipo per prenotare un tavolo per pranzo, ma l'unico orario disponibile era quello delle 14. Nessun problema. Entriamo nel ristorante e ci esortano ad ordinare tutto subito in quanto la cucina avrebbe chiuso alle 14.30. Capisco perfettamente tale necessità, però se la cucina chiude alle 14.30, io non farei entrare nuovi clienti alle 14. Comunque, la gramigna con salsiccia è la migliore di Bologna e il tortello ripieno di zucca e condito con amaretto è una piacevolissima scoperta. Il cavallo di battaglia del locale, secondo me, è il mascarpone. Delicato, corposo e gustoso. Ne avrei mangiate tonnellate. Prezzo perfetto: 52€ per due primi, 1/4 di vino, acqua, due dolci e caffè. Consiglio di prenotare in anticipo perché il locale è piccolo e sempre pieno.
