“Exploring Brescia yesterday, we made an extraordinary discovery: Prosciutteria, raw meats and bubbles. A journey through time with vintage photos and an incredible atmosphere. We savored the traditionalist bresaola carpaccio with Grana Padano cheese, dried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar glaze and toasted almonds, the Chianti peposo and a delicious classic platter shared in half. Il locale è alternativo, molto apprezzato. Menù tipico toscano, bello il fatto di poter scegliere tra diversi tipi di carni. Nel complesso era tutto buonissimo, la carne, il vino e la ribollita. Personale alla mano e simpatico. Ottima qualità prezzo.

Posticino davvero sublime! Ho preso la tartare di Wagyu (ottima materia prima) e un calice di vino del Chianti. Super soddisfatta, ci tornerò per assaggiare i carpacci appena capiterò nuovamente in zona !

01/04/2024: It's a nice, very quiet place and the waiters are very kind and courteous, the food is good, the pizza is very good, I go there for my lunch break every now and then, I recommend it to everyone, if you have little time I recommend booking a table and what you want to eat ok..
