30/03/2024: Very good, very friendly but a little slow service

29/03/2024: I do not often write reviews but I make time for this one. We’ve been in Italy for two weeks now (me & my girlfriend) and I need to say this is by far the best place we’ve been! We felt super welcome by the whole crew, they are all super friendly and everyone has clearly there jobs wich is fascinating to see. To give you some more context my Girlfriend doesn’t barely eat meat only on special occasions or when it’s really good. I go often to a famous meat restaurant in Belgium, where they serve what I thought very good meat. But this restaurant raised the bar to the next level. The men that explained every single type of meat did definitely know what he was talking about, I did say that we prefer a meat that was soft, we’ve ended up with the Frisona Baltica. And gosh it was. My Girlfriend did say: THIS IS THE BEST MEAT I’VE EVER EAT! And I need to say she was right. The recommended wine was super nice and did fit the meat perfectly. To the restaurant please keep doing what you are doing, and when I’m in Italy I definitely come back!
