La Stadera In Gavirate

19/03/2024: We went to Acquerello on Sunday having received a gift. Let me start by saying that we like to try starred and refined cuisines but we are not experts or technicians, just gourmets. It was a really pleasant experience. The dining room staff is well trained, friendly and at ease despite their young age. The Chef often stops by the room. The food is the result of a great experience, it is rich in different flavors and ingredients, all well calibrated. The mix between Varese and Asian cuisine is balanced in an interesting way. This food moved me. It is located inside a small courtyard, which provides privacy and refinement. Maybe I was impressed because I didn't know there was such a good restaurant close to home. 01/02/2024: Excellent! The dishes are excellent, characterized by a rich but always balanced taste, great research into ingredients and perfect execution. Very interesting oriental influence. The bakery is also excellent, the wines are very well selected. The service was good, the room was so-so. Price a little high perhaps, but it is not a restaurant for those who don't understand what they are eating.
