La Vegana In Ferrara

We went there for dinner. The owner is lovely and passionated about the vegan kitchen. We especially enjoyed the Pasta with pumpkin and the ragú sauce. I defenitly recommend this place!

We entered at 12 and triumphantly left at 3pm, after a double first course (each), a double second course and dessert. A number of dream filled pasta options, excellent choice and variety of second courses. Small but welcoming place, excellent service.

Excellent!! Delicious vegan food in Ferrara.

This place is AMAZING, please if you are near Ferrara go and visit Alessia she is the sweetest and most incredible person. We had such a lovely evening in her restaurant chatting to her inbetween each of our meals about Ferrara. She gave us lots of tips on what to see and her food is so delicious! We tried a mixed plate of mushrooms, cabbage and aubergine which was yum, then 3 pasta dishes (we were hungry as it was the only meal of the day!), the lasagne which was earthy, cappellacci in ragu sauce very flavoursome and the tortellini Verdi so creamy! Finally finished with the the local delicacy torta tagliatelle also so good! All of it vegan but even non vegans would enjoy, please if in Ferrara go and support her she is a gem and it's totally worth the 20 min walk from the old town!

Very welcoming small delicatessen, managed with professionalism and kindness. We tried the typical cappellacci of the Ferrara tradition in a vegan version, spinach and lentil meatballs accompanied by a mix of vegetables with ginger. Excellent value for money. Recommended if, like us, you decide to visit Ferrara. Ample parking nearby.

Passing through for a quick lunch break, I discovered a real gem. Small, simple but well-kept environment. A lot of care and passion in every dish, I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian but the curiosity to come back and taste everything will make me come back. I advise!

Siamo spesso in difficoltà quando andiamo in una città nuova per cercare un posto dove si mangi vegano, trovare Alessia è stata una bellissima sorpresa! Abbiamo finalmente potuto mangiare le specialità della regione cucinate in modo delizioso! Speriamo di poterci tornare. Alessia poi è stata gentilissima e ci ha consigliato cosa vedere a Ferrara..grazie!
