We returned months later and found the same care and attention in the service, the food however is always a certainty, good and cared for in the spirit of the Foianese and Chianina tradition, the grilled menu deserves praise.

During a trip along the highway, we made a pleasant discovery: a restaurant that turned out to be a true gem of local tradition. As soon as we left the highway looking for lunch, we came across this place which surprised us with its delicious dishes and friendly, courteous staff. We had the pleasure of tasting a variety of traditional local dishes, each more delicious than the last. The Pici all'aglione were a real delight, as was the perfectly prepared artichoke. The bruschettas and livers were exceptional, with flavors that really made us feel at home. We couldn't resist the temptation of the desserts, accompanied by cantucci and vin santo, which closed the meal in a memorable way. The wine was truly excellent, completing the gastronomic experience perfectly. Although the furnishings left a little to be desired, with colors and styles a little confusing, in the end we had such a good time that this too became part of the experience. I recommend this jewel which will surely delight you with its traditional cuisine and its genuine warmth.
