26/05/2024: As industry professionals we feel obliged to share our experience at this restaurant. The place looks very good, new, elegant and welcoming. We would like to point out that we were very satisfied with the quality of the food, compliments certainly go to the kitchen, which was able to delight us with tasty and well-presented fish dishes. However, we feel forced to give a 3 dot rating due to the poor management of an unpleasant experience we had during the evening. After having encountered a problem with one of the dishes ordered, we brought it to the attention of the waiter who, in unpleasant and unempathetic tones, suggested that the inconvenience had been created by us. As usual he asked us to replace the dish, which we refused because we were in a hurry. The lack of smiles and kindness left us a little saddened and negatively affected the overall experience. We would like to return in the future to savor the delicacies offered by the restaurant's kitchen again. However, we cannot say the same regarding the hospitality. In conclusion, if you are looking for a good restaurant where you can enjoy delicious dishes, this place could be for you. However, if you are sensitive to the aspect of hospitality and courtesy, we advise you to carefully evaluate your choice. Romagna hospitality, unfortunately, is an aspect that seems to be overlooked.
