Smart people in the dining room and equally in the kitchen.
They try to experiment but keeping a very high bar compared to the original recipes
Bon always succeeds perfectly but overall, the sensation on the palate is "amazement" and "joy"
I don't know what to recommend, I liked everything and I'm also sure that the seriousness of this place guarantees that every dish is at least very good, not to say excellent.

I had lunch in the beautiful outdoor pergola. Really excellent mussel and octopus and potato soup. Ditto for the first course, Panciotti stuffed with scampi, cuttlefish, ink and cherry tomato.
The waiter, Alessio, very professional and really kind.
Impeccable place in cleanliness and details.
