Super top place.. typical and amazing cuisine... going to Tuscany and still finding a bit of home with the local waiter🤣! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Volterra.

Courgette flowers and pan-fried artichokes Pecorino terrine with eggs and truffle and croutons Ravilo with wild boar ragù We tried among other things: Etruscan pici (with aromatic herbs), sweet and strong wild boar medieval recipe with chocolate, honey, pine nuts (exceptional), ravioli with wild boar ragout, pecorino terrine, egg and truffle. Fried artichokes and courgette flowers in batter. Everything was really excellent, as was the bread and Antinori's Scalabrone rosé. The pizza slice is also a must try! Very friendly staff and fast and efficient service, even though the place was full. Highly recommended.

Nice surprise, As always when you're passing through you enter with the question...did I choose well? Yes convinced!.. the family service with a desire for professionalism makes the stop pleasant. The kitchen too! The pici with herbs (I don't remember the name) and the wild boar with aftertastes to discover are fantastic. The price... the right one... if you want to spend little forget it. The management of intolerances needs to be improved (the will is there) Well done!

1 January 2024......chosen quickly due to the cold.....but where we will return focused.....for the food but also for Giancarlo Alessandro and Adriana......very cute...... nice and attentive......Happy New Year and good work.....from us 4 and from our 4 furbabies!!!!

Ho pranzato in questo locale per caso, tutto super!! I crostini erano una delizia, per non parlare dei pici ai funghi porcini spettacolari! Personale gentile, accogliente e alla mano. Un gran posto dove fermarsi a mangiare ed assaporare i piatti toscani con una qualità-prezzo eccellente

26/02/2024: It recently opened under new management, the bar has a counter worthy of a pastry shop, beautiful sweets and savories for every taste. The lunch menu is extensive, with quality raw materials, truly excellent express cuisine and VERY LOW PRICES, highly recommended! (Today I had steamed squid with Catalan salad of vegetables and water... total €7 😱)
