Absolutely worth trying!!! We started with a truly incredible mixed starter of cured meats and cheeses, generous portions and excellent quality of the raw materials and this applies to both the first and second courses. There is nothing to say about the service, a welcoming place where the staff makes you feel at home, once you've finished eating you can enjoy a nice walk in the middle of nature with so many beauties to see.

Lunch with friends midweek: relaxed environment, affable and courteous waitress, genuine and plentiful dishes. We had a very good time, I recommend it for an informal occasion and for robust appetites

Il locale è ormai iconico in Garfagnana. Qui si trovano le migliori specialità locali, panigacci, taglieri, cinghiale, funghi e torte salate. Non manca l’ eccezionale birra artigianale Petrognola e soprattutto la gentilezza dei proprietari. Prezzi onestissimi e location spettacolare ai piedi del Pisanino. Da tornarci.

5 étoiles amplement mérité ! Tout y est bon sans exception ! Fromage, charcuterie, pates, desserts, bière locale et les prix sont très raisonnables ! Service nikel ! Vue exceptionnelle ! Petit plus une balançoire pour les enfants ! On ne peut que recommander cet établissement.....

Ho pranzato il 29/10/2023, risotto ai funghi, tagliere di affettati, accompagnando con 1/2 litro rosso della casa, per concludere caffè e grappa. Tutto buonissimo, servizio ok, pensavo di spendere meno di 30€ per quello che ho mangiato, però difronte alla qualità ci sta.

Charmant resto fréquenté par les locaux. On y mange bien, des produits de terroir, avec un très bon service. Le carpaccio de boeuf est délicieux ! À ne pas manquer dans la région!

07/04/2024: Good, fresh products but mostly prepared in an impersonal way. Excellent service, attentive and courteous. Nice atmosphere but a little cramped and noisy, I recommend sound-absorbing ceiling panels.
30/03/2024: Very nice and welcoming restaurant, the owner Raffaele is always attentive and takes care of all the tables with love, the very trained and professional waiters make you feel at ease. What can I say about cooking, you have to try one dish that is better than the other.

02/04/2024: Perfect dinner just outside the walls of Lucca. A place that offers high quality cuisine suitable for everyone with choices of both meat and fish. The girl in the dining room is super kind and available to explain the cooking proposal. There is the possibility of choosing the fixed price menu consisting of 2 or 3 dishes chosen from the menu (absolutely recommended, includes water, coffee and cover charge) or just one dish from the menu. What makes the difference is the quality and quantity of the food as well as the presentation at the reception. Added value is the spritz offered as soon as you sit down and the welcome entré before starting dinner. If you pass through Lucca you absolutely must stop!
25/03/2024: A pleasant discovery: the menu does not present the usual proposals and makes you curious to try everything. The dishes are very good and well prepared, even entertaining in some of the presentations. Aurora is extraordinary in the dining room and makes you feel at home straight away. The prices are definitely correct for the quality of the food. Highly recommended!!!
