This restaurant is very nice, excellent service, appetizer the Clarisse sliced with truffles and potatoes with lard, good house wine too

We stayed on Easter Monday. Excellent food, disappointing service. We were aware that there would be two shifts, one at midday and the other at 2.30pm. We decide to book for midday since we had a 3 year old girl. We arrive 20 minutes late and immediately start ordering. At 1.45pm they asked us to get up when one of us had not yet received the ordered dish. Obviously we couldn't finish the wine and we couldn't have dessert or coffee.
We were aware of the two shifts but not that they had kicked us out 45 minutes before the 2nd shift. Obviously we weren't even offered the wine (ordered and not drunk). 100km to eat at this restaurant which had been highly recommended to us. Excellent food but poor organization.

Nice characteristic place, in the beautiful authentic village. Cooked and characteristic mountain dishes.
High prices, above average and cobwebs on the curtains in the bathroom.

Delicious and abundant first courses, but be careful, the truffle must be worked better, the tagliolini are little chitarline, in reality too much flavor covers the aroma of the truffle. The cost is a little excessive

Cute ! I will definitely be back!
Very nice place, welcoming environment, prompt and friendly service. Genuine and clearly fresh and zero-kilometre food, with typical and local products. Bring as much as you need. I definitely recommend visiting it and spending a pleasant time there.

Piatti autentici, buona materia prima porzioni generose. Titolari super gentili e disponibili.
Antipasto misto con delizie del territorio. Carni cotte su pietra buonissime e saporite. Fermatevi ne vale la pena

Bellissima scoperta nel delizioso borgo di Sarnano. Ingredienti di altissima qualità, dai salumi ai molti tipi di pecorino alle carni, senza tralasciare i primi. Il proprietario ha passione e competenza e il livello del cibo è davvero notevole. Le tagliate sono imperdibili. Consigliatissimo!
