Our best meal in Florence, no question. The whole menu is worth exploring, though our highlights were the gnocchi, stuffed rabbit, and cantucci desert.

Excellent atention. But they seemed expensive to us, in relation to other meats we have eaten in Spain.

My favourite Italian restaurant!!! I went here after a very long and exhausted day trip and their food healed me fully. They offer great service and the food is even better than that. I would recommend the beef and the truffle dishes. They are very well prepared and the delicate flavours of the fresh truffle are well fused into the pasta and the beef. Not to mention about the Tiramisu. While I am not an expert in dessert, they have the second best tiramisu I have had. The cake is really moist and the flavour of the coffee is strong but also tender. I love this place a lot and will definitely visit again when I in Florence next time.

Dinner for a couple, very beautiful and well-kept location. Kind person, very attentive and helpful, especially the super helpful and attentive owner. Food 10+ we ate two fillets, one with gorgonzola cream and one with pepper and rosemary, delicious!! My (pregnant) girlfriend's was also excellent and, despite being well cooked, it remained soft and tasty. Highly recommended to experience Tuscan flavors in a very beautiful place!! Ate a cheese starter, two fillets, a dessert, two glasses of wine, water and coffee for €107

What a wonderful place! Area of ​​Firenze worth exploring, less touristy, on the other side of Rio. Impeccable restaurant, we ate pasta but saw that the meat is also wonderful, I highly recommend the visit!! The starter sausage and cheese board is good value and great, good quality wines at a good price too, I recommend making a reservation beforehand as I went there on the first day and there were no tables available.

It was recommended to us by the reception of our hotel and it was a wonderful surprise! Pros: very kind staff, excellent quality/price ratio, good and genuine food. Cons: none. 😊 Recommended dish: baked potatoes.

Ero stata un paio di volte con amici in questo accogliente locale gestito da giovani ragazzi sorridenti e davvero molto garbati. L’ultima volta ho scelto Le Volte per la cena di una star del design internazionale che esponeva nelle vicinanze, poiché desiderava mangiare carne. La qualità della carne a Le Volte è superlativa, si tratti di BISTECCA, filetto, tagliata, polpette: è infatti fornita dalla macelleria Lanini, di proprietà dei genitori dello chef Leonardo, situata accanto al ristorante. Abbiamo ordinato dei superlativi crostini di fegatini, e poi due ECCELLENTI tagliolini al tartufo nero : “scivolosi” ma non “collosi”, tartufo profumatissimo e generoso, pasta artigianale di ottima qualità. ( avevano disponibile anche un menu dedicato al tartufo bianco, per chi gradisse il top del top). Due calici di ottimo vino a testa, acqua, circa 38€ pro capite. Conto onestissimo rapporto qualità / prezzo eccellente, tenuto conto della QUALITÀ davvero INECCEPIBILE. Nel panorama dei prezzi esosi della ristorazione fiorentina, “gonfiata” e mercenaria, dove la mediocrità è spacciata per “conveniente eccellenza” ( le due cose insieme non stanno!) , questo ristorante si distingue per onestà, qualità e stile TIPICAMENTE FIORENTINO “con plus”. Il plus è la sapienza dello chef capace di offrire l’ AUTENTICITÀ e qualità degli ingredienti lacucina fiorentina a prezzi realistici e onesti. MOLTO consigliato.
