11/05/2024: The pizza was fantastic. They perfectly embodied the material: Roman pinsa. Three components in the dough, leavening for 48 hours (very important)! It was excellent! Excellent ingredients. The mozzarella is very good, rare to find mozzarella so good!
03/05/2024: Very nice location, it should be valued more, the platter had products that were not of excellent quality....ordinary, the meat was excellent even if it was a bit small for 4....I couldn't choose the glass of wine... .either the one from the house or the bottle
