Very nice place. The staff is very kind and professional. The cuisine is excellent and also has dishes for those with intolerance problems. Prices normal. Excellent experience.

05/04/2024: We have often been guests at the Vannucci hotel and already knew the restaurant. Passing through Città della Pieve, we decided to have dinner. Elegant environment, excellent wine list, impeccable service and excellent raw materials. All dishes skillfully prepared by chef Vito, between Umbrian tradition and original innovation. Prices in line with the quality of the dishes.

La Taverna Del Bordone

12/05/2024: We went on April 27th with some friends from Florence. In two words: authenticity and panorama! It is located in Vallo di Nera, a delightful village in the Valnerina. A simple but well-kept place and if you look out from the outside space the view is guaranteed. We tried different dishes from appetizers to desserts and I must say that they were all pleasant and the raw materials were undoubtedly of good quality. I particularly highlight the first courses (pure truffle sauce without flavourings) and a delicious ricotta dessert with honey produced by them. We will definitely be back!
12/05/2024: At the entrance to the village of Vallo di Nera there is this restaurant, right in front of the village car park, with a beautiful view of the valley below. Excellent welcome, menu with typical dishes reworked in a modern way and with top quality ingredients, especially dairy products. The quality/price ratio is definitely fair given the excellent base of ingredients. The menu also includes seasonal and truffle-based dishes. Absolutely try the dessert with ricotta and honey produced by the restaurant owner, truly delicious.
