Hotel unico, gestito dalla Fondazione che si occupa di adulti con Autismo/Asperger. Sono stata li a mangiare la cena. Ho Visto le camere destinate ai ospiti "particolari". Le portare che abbiamo preso molto buone. Consiglio fritto misto, ottimi prodotti da forno fatti sul posto. Consiglio chi e sensibile al sociale.

Il ristorante ha una finalità sociale molto importante per cui saresti disposto a chiudere un occhio su eve ntuale disservizi o carenzew di qualità. Nulla di tutto questo, i ravioli che abbiamo mangiato erano fantastici, i secondi buonissimi e naturali (alici e verdura in tempura), la focaccia ed il pane erano da urlo. BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI, sicuramente da raccomandare.

Il ristorante Luna Blu a Spezia è sulla bocca di tutti. Incuriositi abbiamo provato quasi tutto. Antipasti primi, secondi e dolci. I piatti sono belli alla vista e buoni al palato. Molto buono lo gnocco allo scampo Il servizio eccezionale. Alex è veramente speciale, sempre gentile e sorridente. La sala me l'aspettavo diversa. Comunque cinque stelle meritate.

Ho frequentato il ristorante e non l'albergo Luna Blu, per una cena con amici. Il locale è molto bello, con ampie vetrate che danno luminosità. Ottimo il servizio, con personale gentile, competente e cordiale. I piatti sono stati apprezzati dalla maggioranza della compagnia. Una sola piccola pecca: sarebbe bello poter usufruire di una scelta vegana-vegetariana più ampia e appetibile (mi sono stati proposti come primo un piatto di penne al sedano e carote e un secondo piatto con carote, zucchine, peperoni grigliati ma sconditi), rendendo la cucina del Luna Blu più inclusiva.

A small and welcoming trattoria, with a few excellent and genuine dishes, where you understand that there are still seasons and places, the creme caramel is what you remember from your grandmother... a friendly and genuine welcome like the dishes on offer, in the beautiful village history of Varese Ligure and in the bio-valorized upper Val di Vara

24/03/2024: They place is beautiful but we left unsatisfied with the experience. We've been to Michelin places before, but this one fell short. We tried the 5-course menu with wine pairings, but nothing really stood out. The dishes were the same as what you could get individually. We were hoping for some surprises from the chef, but it didn't happen. If was to chose I would not chosen that ones. They even served a soup as last and main dish since I said I don’t eat meat… and it wasn't great. We normally hope to finish with a nice meal before desert but this didn’t happen. In the menu there were better options to finish with I could have chosen. They serve too much bread and it feels overwhelming and unnecessary. And the wine pairings weren't much better. They served Prosecco and two white wines, and one really bad rosé with the main dish. NO RED WINE. And to finish a dessert wine, which no one never likes. If you want to try the restaurant I recommend to chose your dishes and your wine. You will have a much better experience.
05/03/2024: For now only the branch but we will return to try the rest of the symphony of flavors in an exclusive regenerating setting as only a spa of taste can do.
