Prima di mangiarla ho seguito i consigli del venditore che ho sentito tramite whatsapp, fatta aeregiare, ed era uno spettacolo... la Sashi veramente tanta roba, ma anche la Swami, la rubia gallega e la costata moca Cachena....

Con amici decidiamo di provare questo locale sito sullo stradone Farnese difronte a Eatly.
La sala è piccola forse per 10 persone …..il servizio non è all’altezza delle carni che ho trovato buone e ricercate…….la carta dei vini è esile ……….
Chiedo a Claudio di portare migliorie al contest che può funzionare ma da ritoccare
Il conto è alto (in stile Michelin)

I am writing the review after having tasted all the types of meat purchased in the last order.
The only steak worth mentioning is the Rubia Gallega, not very tender but with a good taste, while the others are anonymous.
The +6 marbling is perhaps a +2 and was tough and with very little fat both internally and externally, brown heifer and Angus de la finca 6/10, red heifer just enough.
3 steaks had lost their vacuum and unlike the other promotions with free steak (where the free gift was around 1kg), this time I received a 4hg slice. Personally I won't buy again.

Very informal, welcoming place with an unbeatable selection of meats and cured meats! Nicola and Emanuele are very knowledgeable and ready to help you with your choice. I ate a 1.3kg Gallega at a nice place, Jamon para negra is an excellent wine! It's not a restaurant but a butcher's shop where they cook for you! Absolutely worth trying

And not only as very high quality products but above all as people, always available, friendly, cheerful and always ready to solve any problem with IMMEDIATE assistance!
For all those who only air their mouths by saying "yes but how much does meat cost there" the answer is always and only one... YOU PAY FOR QUALITY!!
I will undoubtedly continue to buy from them and as soon as I have the chance, I will visit them in person!!

What to say Macelleria Callegari is a guarantee in every sense, experience, professionalism and meat always at the top. They respond to messages immediately and are always available. Tried the Jacks Creek Australia ribeye yesterday, cooked for 2 hours in the oven at 80° to complete cooking on the grill... fantastic Morabito and tasty

Era il mio primo ordine da loro (ritirato in loco) e non sono rimasto deluso.
Striploin Kobe Beef e Wagyu Kagoshima buonissimi (ma proprio tanto).
La costata omaggio non era la più bella a vedersi, ma era molto buona anche quella.
Tornerò sicuramente 🔝
