Beautiful experience! The owner went above and beyond all expectations, giving us time, service and even advice for our trip to Gaeta. The food is excellent, delicate and cooked according to tradition (with some innovative notes!), the selection of wines (carefully recommended) was also excellent, it is no coincidence that we took away two bottles! Very honest and adequate price for the quality and service. Absolutely worth trying!

I went there for lunch yesterday with my daughter, I finally found a place in Formia where the search for raw materials is accurate, I congratulate the chef!! The flavor of the dishes was enhanced with simplicity and great skill so as to allow us to savor all the freshness and quality of both the fish and, for example, details such as the pistachio and the Gaeta olive! This is what makes the difference! Compliments also to the kind host who looked after us and made us feel at home, in fact the environment is sober, elegant and refined. Very comfortable. Which, together with the mastery of the chef, are fundamental ingredients for guaranteed success
