25/05/2024: Great food. Pleasant atmosphere. Customer management to be reviewed. I want to share an experience I had in the restaurant: A few months ago I had a dish of the day that the restaurant occasionally offers, grass pea soup, a legume found in our hills. I happened to chew a pebble the size of a centime, luckily I immediately realized that I was chewing something inedible (without therefore cutting myself). Well, I am absolutely not the type of person who complains about what happened or complains about anything, because I know that these are things that can happen, even if we should demand strict control of the materials that arrive at the restaurant. But I expected different behavior from the employees. As soon as I pointed out what had happened at the end of the portion, the waitress just told me that "it's not the first time this has happened" without even mentioning an apology. After that there was no further discussion of the incident. I wasn't offered anything to eat or even a discount (which I obviously would have refused). I believe that both normal correctness and good manners should have forced the restaurant staff to handle the incident more professionally.

24/05/2024: I have celiac disease and I always happily eat Magnon's gluten-free piadina every time I return to Senigallia!
