MANIMA - Bistrot In Trani

Was searching for fish restaurant around me from Corato and this guys popped out in Trani for being the best on Crudo Di Mare and much more, so I thought let’s give it a go. I’m so glad i then decided to visit them this evening. Arrived there early for Italian probably, they have just open at 19:30 and I find a good welcome and service from Emanuele who was nice/welcoming and prepared on explaining the all menu and wine choices. I went for my selection of Crudo Di Mare 🦪but they had much more, and it was delicious/fresh/sea tasting. Lovely and succulent pasta 🦐. For then finish with a unique dessert 🥮. What to say definitely worth it the trip and will definitely go back when back in Puglia. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the team🌈🦐🦪🇮🇹.

We had a wonderful time at osteria Mania. The best lunch so far during our rond trip in Italy. Best fresh raw fish as a starter an ongoing wonderful pasta. Very nice Puglia Chardonay to acompany our meal The Tiramisu della casa makes is complete

Nice place in the centre, just behind the port, we had dinner there and I was struck by the kindness of the owners and the excellent fish, very fresh and which they prepare the way I like it, without altering the flavour, because if the fish is fresh you can afford it ....Highly recommended. They also have fruit on the menu ❤️

Small and well-kept place. The young and attentive staff guarantees a fast and efficient service. The dishes, with their feet in tradition, are well cooked. Cost appropriate to the quality of the cuisine. Dinner for two with starter, main course, wine, dessert, coffee and bitters around €50.00/person. Only suggestion: expand the wine list. Advised.

I had the pleasure of having dinner in this sober and elegant looking Osteria. With enormous surprise I discovered a welcoming environment and met a staff completely inclined to satisfy the needs of the most particular customers, even guaranteeing dishes outside the menu. I appreciated competent, professional and helpful staff: peculiarities, the latter, which are increasingly difficult to find. As for the food eaten, I can only confirm the utmost authenticity (starting from the bread) as well as the careful selection of the products used in the kitchen which, in addition to being delicious, allow for perfect digestion. For the aforementioned reasons, this place deserves the highest rating. Well done, keep going and NEVER change!

Very nice place, not too big, suitable for enjoying the excellent local cuisine in total relaxation. Excellent tasting of Apulian oil and local bread. I recommend a tasting of all the starters, prepared with quality local ingredients. For first courses I tried fusilloni with scampi and chickpea cream and spaghetti with sea urchin pulp. Both of high quality. The wine selection is also good. High professionalism of the dining room staff.

Ottimo ristorante sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ottimi tutti i piatti che abbiamo preso. Personale gentilissimo. Il titolare è persona seria che fa' questo lavoro con passione. Locale piccolino ma molto accogliente. Prezzi commisurati alla qualità del servizio e della qualità di quanto offerto.

Localino carino, accogliente, nei pressi del bellissimo porto di Trani. Siamo stati accolti benissimo, il personale è sempre stato più che gentile, a cominciare dalla degustazione di olio pugliese offertaci prima del pranzo con tanto di spiegazione dei vari procedimenti di produzione. Gli antipasti "Manima" davvero buoni e particolari, spaghettone alle vongole ottimo e calamarata con pesce e pomodorini spettacolare. Il conto è stato adeguato alla qualità. Ci tornerei di sicuro.
