4 star hotel but for the care and service it could easily have 5! The massages in the SPA with Olena were miraculous, top marks. Congratulations to Nicoletta and Alessandro who are really 🔝 in managing everything! Well done.

A beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms and direct piste access. A stay here would always be fantastic but what really makes it stand out is the service. The owners and staff were absolutely amazing and really made this a trip I will always remember. We will definitely be back!

The most wonderful hotel. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The owners have thought of everything and they are on hand to help with recommendations, ski weather updates and anything else you need. Our room was really comfortable and overlooked the slopes. The spa is the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. The hotel is ski in ski out which is fantastic. The restaurant at the hotel is also exceptional. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay.

I big thank you to Nicoletta, Alessandro and the team! This were our second year in a row at Bergman Mountain Hotel and we have booked it again next year. Going to Bergman's is like coming home, everything is great, the service, the breakfast, the rooms, etc. You feel really appriciated as a guest and so well taken care of by Nicoletta, Alessandro and the team, outstanding service. If I would mention one improvement area, then it is the dinner in the evening, not living up to the standard as the rest of the hotel. The restaurant is not ran by Nicoletta and Alessandro, it is outsourced to 3rd party. I would also like to mention the fantastic SPA. You wont regret going to Bergman's.

Peaceful and luxurious hotel for total relaxation. We cannot praise Alessandro, Nicoletta and the whole team enough for their impeccable service and dedication of the wellbeing of their guests. No matter what you request, they will do their utmost best to fulfill your wishes and solve any problems as soon as possible. You can truly be on vacation! The location of the hotel is perfect, directly on the slope. Please note that the altitude difference between the village and hotel makes it hard to walk but no worries, the hotel’s shuttle service is topnotch. The wellness spa includes gym, relaxation area and the spa rooms, and offers great relaxation after a long day in the slopes. Ski room works well and keeps your ski equipment safe and dry, and it is also very easy to put them on and hit the slopes. The Mant Restaurant by Igloo delivered quality breakfast, lunch and dinner, with excellent cocktails and digestives both before and after dinner. We highly recommend this place to everyone who is seeking quiet luxury in beautiful surroundings. You will understand the numerous praising reviews only after experiencing the great service yourself.

The place is close to the centre, however cannot be reached without a car. Parking is very limited so you better take a taxi. Food is indeed amazing, however prepare to wait to be served and then wait for a while to get your order.

Masaże, siłownia, plac zabaw dla dzieci.Właściciele pomogą we wszystkim czego zapragniesz. Bezproblemowy transfer do miasteczka, restauracji i z powrotem. Możliwość zakupu skipassów bezpośrednio w hotelu. Spędziliśmy cudowny urlop - Gorąco polecam.
