Very nice place, clearly to be reached on foot, if you are lucky you can find a place on the blue lines in San Francesco al Prato. The lady is very courteous, the place is very nice, the food is delicious. I didn't eat the dessert because for me they were too "light" desserts and not "chocolaty" enough. The place is small so it's best to book.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was very attentive. Charming place and an evening well spent. Vegan options were very tasty it was nice to have different vegan options, great restaurant for vegans in perugia. The staff were so friendly and open to questions and requests regarding the food. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dinner.

Vegetarian trio: Jewish artichoke, cecina with yogurt sauce, strudel with ricotta and spinach
Celeriac cream soup with potato chips and paprika
Millet meatballs with vegan mayonnaise and garden salad
Carrot cake with carrot cream
The service was courteous, perhaps a few twists on the cecina and the meatballs would have been appreciated, but it is only a plus to an excellent dinner in itself.

I returned from Maramao with my family and it confirmed itself as a wonderful place where you can find excellent food and welcoming, knowledgeable staff.
Personally, I tried and loved the cavatelli with black cabbage cream, pumpkin and bread crumbs and the potato, lentil and broccoli flan with vegan curry mayonnaise. I also tasted the desserts of the day (made by them) and they are delicious!
Other things I like: the use of raw materials with a controlled (short) supply chain and the bread made by them.
I recommend going there at least once, then you will definitely want to come back.

Oh my gosh, what a beautiful lunch. I can go on and on about this restaurant, the food was just devine with a capital D. The ravioli with berries was extraordinary as was the gnocetti, vegetarian polpette. If that wasn’t enough the house Rossi was wonderful.
The staff are so nice and helpful explaining everything you.
What more can I say other than please go and enjoy yourself and enjoy being treated to a wonderful meal.
