Esperienza che è valsa assolutamente il viaggio, siamo giunti da Napoli. Superate le aspettative, avevamo voglia di assaggiare i risotti che sono un surplus del ristorante.
Equilibrati con accostamenti di sapori che ai più potrebbero sembrare azzardati ma che sono la firma distintiva dello Chef. Locale fine e servizio attentissimo.
Ci torneremo.

We have already been to this lovely restaurant several times. The menu proposals, the combination of flavors, the excellence of each proposal once again pleasantly satisfied our tastes. The environment is soft and full of colorful paintings. Despite the inconvenience of the electricity coming and going (all over the city), which no one is to blame for, we had a great time and highly recommend it.

I returned to Massimo Carleo after 3 years and I can testify to a further step forward towards perfection in the kitchen. His risottos are fabulous, tonight I ate a Carnaroli risotto with tomato mayonnaise and raw prawns, I can assure you that it was marvelous both in terms of cooking and flavour. The rest of the menu is also at truly superlative levels. So I update my review by adding points to the points and stars to the stars I've already given

You get a superior dining experience every time.
Originality of the combinations, excellent quality of the raw materials, with a rich and varied range of wines. The dishes are refined and the ingredients expertly prepared.
But above all, impeccable staff, without giving up that pleasant dose of appropriate familiarity.

Meravigliosamente bene . Uno studio sui piatti che si trasforma in delizia per il palato . Eravamo in loco per un weekend e mettendoci in cerca di un ristorante dove si mangiasse non solo per riempire lo stomaco , tra le immagini viste sui vari motori di ricerca ci hanno attirato le presentazione dei piatti. Vi ci siamo diretti ed è stato subito amore . Ricerca dei prodotti cucinati alla perfezione, personale che ama il proprio lavoro e coesione tra lo staff . Conclusione esperienza? Non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Grazie infinite quando ritorneremo nella meravigliosa Basilicata saremo sicuramente di nuovo vostro ospiti

We decided to celebrate our wedding with just a few guests at Massimo's and everything was much better than we expected. In addition to the quality and goodness of the food, about which we had no doubts, there was an attention and spontaneous availability from everyone, which was out of the ordinary.
