Professionalism and courtesy. Original dishes with tasty and delicate contents, local ingredients used with balanced creativity. The preparation of the dishes is accurate. The kitchen team and dining room staff were very good. Wine list with excellent proposals from nearby places, accompanied in the choice by precious and competent advice. An interesting experience that deserves a return to Pontinia.

One of the most stunning finds we had experienced at this restaurant!! My son had recommended it to us having been there earlier this year!! It was truly amazing and I have a particular love of these Michelin restaurants - it was unpretentious and fabulously snd so reasonably priced. However mort importantly the food was absolutely amazing and service was outstanding!!! We had seating close to the kitchen watching the theatre of chefs doing their magic before our eyes!!! It was truly a masterclass of amazing chefs all working closely led by their senior chef!!! There were 3 tasting menus - we chose the 5 course the initial starters were 5 small dishes which were stunning!!! Every flavour amazing and I ate new things I had never tried before which were outstanding!!! We left with the knowledge we would definitely be back and cannot recommend this restaurant night enough!!
