They invest in the quality of the raw materials and it can be felt, especially in the fish. Compared to the other pokes I've tried in the area there is no comparison. The price is a little high (at least for those who eat the Large portion like me) but I recommend trying it at least once and then deciding if the price is justified. For me it is. I'd say I'll come back but the staff already sees me often 😂
