Nugolo In Firenze

One of the best meals I have ever had in my life. We did the 7 course tasting menu and the wine pairing and after each course my husband and I declare this was the best thing we have ever tasted. Go to Nugolo, and taste the wonderful selection of food they have to offer. Pair it with with wine and you will not be disappointed!

Having visited Florence many times, I can confidently state that I think this is the best restaurant in the city. Innovative dishes, beautifully presented, attentive staff and, ultimately, fine dining without a bank breaking price tag. Would recommend 100%

This restaurant is full of pastoral style decoration. As soon as you step in the door, you will feel the warm atmosphere. The waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic, which doubles the favorability! Their kitchen is surrounded by glass. Like a pavilion in the park Customers can watch the chefs at work. The menu offers both a la carte and set menus. Choice of five or seven courses, paired by the chef. We chose seven courses, which felt a bit too much. It’s very filling, so I recommend choosing five dishes.

What can I say, everything was perfect, tasty dishes, friendly service full of smiles, you can breathe a lot of passion. Excellent menu and nice wine list. He knows how to get back there sooner rather than later.

Bel posto in via mattonaia a Firenze , bellissima location molto colorata con cucina a vista , menù molto interessante con piatti variegati e molto complessi nei sapori ,lista dei vini con alcune chicche e molte aziende poco conosciute ma da prezzi non proprio vili ! Una buona esperienza dei piatti ottimi .. altri un po’ meno però sono fiducioso e con la bella stagione ci torneremo ! I

Cortesia all'accoglienza e sistemazione al tavolo, ambiente piacevole e confortevole dominato dalla cucina in vista , consiglierei invece maggior visibilità esterna , da lontano credevo fosse chiuso ! Menù variato tra carne, pesce e vegetariano. Offerto anche menù degustazione che elimina dubbi di scelta, abbiamo provato paccheri ragu mare, bottoni salicornia etc.., maialino e pollo entrambe gustosi e particolari anche se non particolarmente incisivi, buoni i dolci reinterpretati.
