Place in the center, well-kept, modern and with impeccable service. Seasonal, vegetarian and vegan options. A well-studied and varied menu. In our case we were given a tasting menu, but it wasn't our first time and it never disappoints expectations. The prices are fair for quantity, quality, workmanship and type of place and location, anyone who says otherwise doesn't know much about catering and judge something else. The portions are right, all dishes are well balanced. I would have preferred stronger first courses as a follow-up to the starter but it's a matter of taste, however everything was very good. The citrus mulled wine is truly superb. Very happy with this reality that Gubbio needed. For those who complain about child friendly, no. It's not a place for children, and rightly so.

Everything was delicious, generous portions.. you need to book well in advance, always full. Very nice and elegant place, can't wait to go back! The only flaw for me is that I love chocolate desserts and that there was little choice on desserts...

An exquisite alternative to the typical Eugubine cuisine. We ate here with my family and were pleasantly surprised. The food is really good, you won't miss the cured meats or wild boar... with a star-studded dish. The service is attentive and friendly, all in a chic location. Five stars and it deserves them all.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante vedendo le varie recensioni positive e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.....ampia varietà di piatti cucinati bene e curati nei minimi dettagli....è il migliore ristorante vegetariano che abbia mai visitato....pranzo da 10 e lode e prezzi onesti.....nota di merito per i proprietari cordiali e molto gentili.....
