What a great experience, don’t mind the select people giving a rating lower than 4 stars. Either they did not plan properly or they brought kids thinking they have developed a palate for these types of flavors. The staff was awesome with all the attention and the food, what an explosion of flavors with each plate. Thanks and we’ll be back. We came in during lunch with a light crowd.

Where to start
Right in front of the Tortona station, a pearl that in my opinion will receive many awards in a very short time.
A lot of commitment, passion, research, attention to detail that create a one-of-a-kind environment.
The tavern is probably one of the best (although I think from my point of view the best) restaurant in the province of Alessandria
Very few times have we had such a good time both in terms of the food (I would say incredible) and the service (excellent).
Michelin Guide...I think it would be appropriate to go and say hello to this splendid welcoming reality in the center of Tortona! Well done again! Well done! Well done!

Bel locale, caldo, confortevole ed accogliente, mise en place minimale ma curato, servizio cortese e molto preparato nel descrivere i piatti. Ben graditi i suggerimenti dei vini al tipo di portate scelte. Il tutto è assolutamente prelibato, impiattamento attento, soluzioni organolettiche ricercate. Da provare. Segnalo però una pecca, in parte dovuta al menù da migliorare, ed in parte di difficile comprensione: menù degustazione 4 portate e mezza a 75 euro; menu degustazione 6 portate a 85 euro, ed allora perché 3 portate (antipasto, primo e secondo) alla carta 95 euro?

Locale da favola! Mi sono sentita una principessa: servita e riverita da quando sono entrata a quando sono uscita. Il cibo delizioso, curato nei minimi dettagli, anzi tutto il servizio è eccezionale! Ogni piatto mi ha fatto sentire sapori che mi hanno risvegliato dei bei ricordi.

Struttura molto curata e con identità.
Si nota fin da subito la cura nei particolari , il benvenuto e l arredo con proiezione internazionale.
Personale molto gentile e professionale, buona carta dei vini e piatti ottimi presentati con estrema cura.
