15/03/2024: Going to Holly and seeing the two brothers and their mother sounds a bit like visiting that nice and funny uncle at home that so many of us remember enjoying in our childhood. Holly is a place that has survived in this era of fashions and banal wine bars run by naive people. Holly is an intimate refuge but ready to welcome anyone who wants to feel at home instead of on a catwalk. Fabio is an exceptional sommelier, the place is small but like a real wine bar with kitchen it should be. Endless cellar full of rarities, always updated. It is necessary to make a reservation for lunch during the week when, once you have sat down at the table, Fabio will approach you and say: "so, my mother cooked today...". You are amazing!!!!!!!

13/03/2024: Working lunch during the week. A welcoming place like the old taverns, a friendly atmosphere like the owners and staff. Menu with a few well-prepared dishes, wine recommended and "explained" by the owner, excellent. And then the legendary "poison" that you can't help but taste here....for me a return to the past, remembering my Grandfather and my Dad. Highly recommended!
