One of my favorite places ever. If there were more stars I would give it more. What can I say... everything is definitely fresh and of high quality. Sublime starters, excellent first courses. Linguine with sea urchins...excellent. Highly recommended!!👍👍👍

Recommended by Policeman Michele👍 today we went to Gallipoli to be tourists. Not knowing where to go for lunch I asked a very kind policeman. He recommended the Briganti tavern to us. With a call he reserved a table for us. Lunch was impeccable, very fresh fish, cooked to perfection. Excellent paccheri and mouth-watering paranza. As promised, we left a food voucher for the policeman at the restaurant for his valuable advice and the reservation made.

The specialty is the appetizer, a succession of well-prepared dishes and almost all of excellent quality. It's difficult to taste anything else because the starter is very rich, even in quantity.

Sono stato nel ristorante con la famiglia ed amici in occasione delle mie vacanze in Puglia. La carta offre una moltitudine di piatti. Tutto ciò che abbiamo preso è stato di buona qualità. Il servizio è stato molto cortese. Abbiamo aspettato un po' ma ora della fine il locale era pieno ed era comprensibile. Sicuramente tornerò.

Questa osteria nel centro storico di Gallipoli merita una cena. Ottimo il polpo bollito, molto buoni gli gnocchi con i gamberetti. Peccato per spigola in crosta, gustosa ma arrivata fredda… gentilezza del personale

Matteo is truly a craftsman and his work is pure culinary art... as a nutritionist I can only highlight that if the food is of good quality it can also be consumed by those who generally complain of ailments... not to mention the attention paid to those with full-blown intolerances like celiac disease. Matteo, Michaela and all the staff are ready to satisfy every request with kindness and professionalism. The top of the top.
