Informal place in the middle of the village of Montebello. Quick and fast service. Lunch based on green tortellini and sweet porcupine. Both the green tortellini and the porcupine composition are very good and tasty. The only less positive notes: the porcupine was a little too small in size of the slice while the piadina served in combination indoors was not very pleasant to eat.

Restaurant found by chance, it was a fantastic surprise.
Incredible first trio. All homemade pasta and quality raw materials. Excellent cuisine and location.
We will definitely be back…. The delicious dinner is worth the trip from Rome!

We return to Elis every time we pass through the area. The restaurant is simple and rustically set, as expected in a trattoria. Places are limited, so booking is recommended, especially on public holidays.
Absolutely try the second or trio of first courses, among which the gnocchi with Fossa cheese and the tagliatelle with meat sauce stand out. The piadina arrives in a basket cut into wedges, hot and fragrant. Don't miss tasting the different types of homemade desserts: sea urchin, mascarpone, grandma's cake, trifle. They are unsurpassed.

Ampio menù con piatti tipici della cucina romagnola, fatti come vanno fatti.
Primi ottimi con ingredienti della zona (io ho preso cappelletti al ragù e ravioli al fossa), coniglio in porchetta perfetto...poi io sono particolarmente golosa del porcospino, che non si trova così facilmente, e qui è molto buono.

Siamo stati a cena la sera di San Valentino con un altra coppia di amici su loro consiglio. Ne è valsa la pena perché era tutto super buono. Gnocchi al formaggio di fossa, ravioli burro e salvia, tagliatelle al ragù uno più buono dell’altro, grigliata con salsiccia, costine pancetta, castrato e coniglio in porchetta ottimi. Come contorni insalata mista, patate arrosto e pomodori e melanzane al graté. Mix di dolci buonissimi (mascarpone, zuppa inglese, torta della nonna ancora calda, e il famoso porcospino).
