We stopped for lunch as a group of 7. The welcome was very friendly. The dishes are excellent, in particular the culurgiones with bacon and porcini mushrooms. Fair prices. You can eat à la carte based on seasonal products.
Mix of tradition and modernity. I definitely recommend going there, without neglecting your reservation.

In the village of Nuchis there is this very small, very welcoming tavern. When you enter you notice the wine list on the blackboard as well as the menu, both handwritten. Simple dishes of the Gallura tradition. Recommended dishes: Mazza frissa, roasted cheese and fried antunna. First courses: casarecce, Sardinian sausage, porcini mushrooms and pumpkin cream. Desserts: chocolate and honey liccariti and cold chocolate heart. Excellent family service as well as the warm and welcoming environment

Truly typical food, we happened upon it by chance while we were on our way to Palau on the first day of the holiday, during the whole holiday it was the place where we ate best, in fact one evening we once again drove almost 1 hour to go back to eat, in Palau there is no place like this, the usual cheap fish dishes that you can find in any tourist destination in Europe. We were looking for a place to eat Sardinian, and never before have we been able to find it like in this small restaurant, excellent cuisine, short menu with many typical fresh pasta mixtures, well-prepared and simple appetizers, interesting and non-trivial second courses, typical homemade desserts of the place , truly eating Sardinian in the Sardinian hinterland.
The only flaw (but actually it's a tip) is the Nebbiolo from a small company in Luras served cold.
Forgetting the fish and eating authentic Sardinian food can be done in this small welcoming restaurant

Bellissima esperienza in un borgo gallurese degno di nota, la cucina tipica gallurese di questo ristorante è davvero degna di nota, il servizio è eccellente come anche il beverage. menzione particolare per Paola che ci ha coccolato in questa bellissima esperienza.
