I've run out of stars!!!!🤩 beautiful evening spent in the refinement of good food, refined and above all unique! The number one chef! Fantastic location 😎. The location is very beautiful, everything is visible, even the kitchen, I liked this very much.. The food is very good, every dish is refined.... I still have the risotto in mind.... what a delight! ...
However, I have to make two criticisms: the very slow service and the chaos in the place..... I would have expected fewer people given their peculiarity

I haven't been to this restaurant for a few years and I must say that the quality has not dropped at all, on the contrary. Never obvious and always delicate. Increasingly rare flavors in both seafood and land dishes, where the combination was not possible. Small flaw on the service, the first wine chosen was no longer available upon request for an additional bottle (they should have at least notified us as it was a table of 10 people) and they did not replace the glasses when the bottle changed. However, this is all forgivable given that it is New Year's Eve lunch. To return as soon as possible.

Abbiamo pranzato dopo la visita alle grotte. Bella location, tipica ma occorre la prenotazione. Servizio ottimo con personale garbato e gentile. Abbiamo fatto, su loto proposta, un tour di antipasti ottimi e tanti. Esempi: porcini all'insalata splendidi. Riso con patate e cozze in bicchiere di cotto eccezionale. A seguire ridotto con gamberi, aragostella e crostacei molto ben fatto. Poi tagliolini con porcini e molto gustosi. Abbiamo saltato il secondo e siamo passati sc sorbetto, frutta mista, dolci, caffè e liquori. Ottimo il vino susumaiello, tipico della zona. Monovitigno igt notevole. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo usciti contentissimi, saxi e soddisfatti.
