Business lunch since we worked in the area. A little hidden place but easy to reach. Plenty of seating but booking is recommended as it is often full. It's a must do at the weekend. Very high quality food and generous portions. Raw material truly treated appropriately, enhancing the flavours. Truly excellent bread dumplings. Very good creme caramel. Milanese cake with sublime ice cream. Normal prices considering the quality. Absolutely recommended

The food was excellent, good advice. The hostess was so welcoming, I've never experienced anything like that. The dessert was to die for. When we are back in Varese we will definitely stop by again.

The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere. Dark wooden balks and old-fashioned tools give you the feeling of sitting inside an ancient grange. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Food came fast and was traditional and very good. Make sure to ask for the desserts and try the fantastic espresso (cafe).

Sono stato in questo locale a cena, che dire... Locale molto spartano ma stesso tempo elegante e romantico, personale preparato e gentile, pulizia molto buona, uso dei prodotti ottimo, qualità dei prodotti eccellente, interessante i piatti della tradizione lombarda, dai nervetti, al brasato per finire ai dolci rigorosamente casalinghi. Ritornerò sicuramente. Invito tutti a passare e mangiare in questo locale.

13/05/2024: I ate a very good burger, well served in a welcoming and clean establishment. The boss is nice unfortunately I don't speak Italian. The Englishman saved us... I would return without hesitation.
11/05/2024: Small bar restaurant away from the most touristy area, which however turned out to be a real gem. Run by a Dutch gentleman who is passionate about rock, the location is all a reminder of the 60s, 70s and 80s of our favorite music. The menu of the day was a mix of Italian and Indonesian cuisine, with an excellent Nasi goreng, and a quality burger joint. Relaxed atmosphere. The only flaw is the location on a road with moderate traffic but nothing shocking. Recommended if you pass through Ispra and want to avoid the tourist restaurants. Price more than reasonable.

30/03/2024: There are no words to describe the quality of the raw materials. Very competent manager, take advice and you will come out truly satisfied. Excellent pizza, fair prices. Great attention to the customer. Very nice place and very well attempted. I hope it arrives on the menu soon, the stracciatella and nduja cream.
