Authentic Osteria with delicious food! We were recommended this small restaurant by a local and found it really nice. Pasta was great and so was the beef fillet and grilled octopus. Cheap wines and lots of local color!

La Grotta is a comfort restaurant, a welcoming place with no frills, attentive service (the only flaw is the comings and goings of the service staff due to "logistical problems" of the place) and the dishes which reflect what has just been said for the other items. Eat substantial food with good quality in every course. The wine list is interesting but having taken a look in the wine fridge I see the Otello from Cantina Ceci and I couldn't miss it... it wasn't on the list but there was no problem. The bill: right.

Excellent tavern with very good dishes, in particular beef in oil and polenta of supreme goodness. Friendly host and very attentive to the pleasure and well-being of the customer. A very pleasant evening in a traditional and hospitable environment with delicious food

A trattoria where you can feel at home like you used to but with quality food and excellent raw materials. Good wine list and large selection of spirits. Helpful and cheerful management and staff... price appropriate to the quality of the food. Worth trying without a doubt. 😋

Here you can breathe the authentic atmosphere of historic taverns... checked tablecloths, staff who pay attention to everything they do, menu with typical dishes of traditional Brescian cuisine, buzz of the diners. Ideal for a Sunday lunch but also for an informal weekly lunch

We had dinner with friends and I must truly say that we had a great time! The place is very welcoming, the staff are very kind and even more welcoming than the restaurant. We ate really well: the menu is not very extensive, this is only a good thing as the certainty is that you will always have fresh or at least freshly cooked products. The food is well prepared and is part of the classic Brescian cuisine, with some particular touches, and more. I can only give 5 stars! Really worth trying. Highly recommended. Compliments. Anna

Abbiamo cenato in questa osteria. Non vi fate ingannare da servizio un po’ così e dalle tovaglie a motivo quadri perché non ve ne pentirete. Per l’attesa ci hanno offerto e non messo in conto il calice di Franciacorta. Abbiamo ordinato un primo e un secondo e poi formaggi a scelta vari. Un quartino di vino della casa buono e poi due dolci. Abbiamo speso circa 40 euro a testa. Soldi motivati dalla mia tagliata di cavallo superlativa in bocca un burro. Ci ritornerò sicuramente e la consiglio. Conviene prenotare.

Oltre alle pietanze del menu hanno proposto dei fuori menù interessanti ravioli di zucca con amaretti davvero buoni. Buon locale

03/04/2024: Guys, this is an absolute insider tip. Definitely come here and eat pizza. It's not a normal pizza, it's crazy. I hardly think I can eat a pizza in Germany after visiting this pizzeria. I'll be back...
