Very nice and intimate place in the historic center of Pinerolo. Very attentive, polite and helpful staff. Food quite refined and of a higher standard than the norm. The dishes are prepared by star chefs and are spectacular but the portions are substantial. Ideal for couples and for a romantic dinner. However, quality comes at a price. It's a top-notch restaurant.

We went by chance to have dinner in Pinerolo and found this elegant and welcoming place. Excellent food and satisfying portions. We ordered an appetizer and a first course each and the chef offered us, before our dishes, an excellent Russian salad. At the end of the dinner, a further thought: an exquisite tray of pastries with excellent bitter chocolate cut into pieces. Finally a delicious mirto made by the chef and owner of the restaurant. Very kind and attentive staff. We will definitely return. Excellent price quality.

We were on May 1st after a nice trip we found ourselves faced with a monumental meal, very good from the service to the cuisine... everything was top notch... well done

Super delicious food with tasty white and red wine. Dishes prepared perfectly, unique taste. And finally, sweets. You cannot miss this atmospheric restaurant when in Pinerolo. The service was nice and at the highest level

In un’accogliente location del centro storico di Pinerolo è situata l’osteria la mimosa. Che poi non è un’osteria. È un ristorante che propone piatti di alta qualità, molto ben curati. Ci torno sempre volentieri! Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Personale molto professionale e ambiente tranquillo e curato nei particolari.

28/03/2024: After many years I returned to this small, warm and welcoming restaurant... I wanted to make a good impression on a guest and it went very well. The owner is always super friendly and nice and attentive to the needs of his customers. The quality of the food is excellent and the fish very fresh. The portions are generous. Fantastic desserts. Super pampered... Excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

27/04/2024: The drink recommendations from Chef Marco were spot-on and the ravioli agnoletti was exceptional. Despite the place being almost fully booked, Chef Marco went out of his way to find us a space in this cosy yet vibrant atmosphere, and was always attentive to our needs. The ambiance is authentically Italian, and the agnolotti del plin was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a memorable meal with top-notch service, this is the place to go. Thank you, Chef Marco, for making our experience truly delightful!
