Having returned after two years to this Cilento tavern, I must say that I confirm the last review, which was already excellent, Angelo, the perfect host, as well as very nice, illustrates all the courses, about twenty, with extreme precision and passion, given that the almost all of the products you eat in this tavern come from the family farm, managed almost exclusively by him and his brother, who together with their mother manage the kitchen. In this place you don't order à la carte, but you are taken to a gastronomic journey purely based on Cilento products, from appetizers to desserts, the scialatiello in white, sausage and provola cheese is exceptional, thanks Angelo once again you reconfirm yourself as one of the best taverns in the whole area, we will definitely see you again on our next trip to Cilento.

I chose this tavern thanks to word of mouth from friends, the best review... And that's why today I'm writing mine here where everyone can read, the environment is delicately rustic, a restaurant run by mother and son, Giuseppe 🧑🍳 it's a treasure, there is exemplary attention in presenting the dishes all rigorously cooked with what the garden gives... I recommend doing the gastronomic journey if you like to eat really and a lot... I can't see the now we can go back in the summer and this time eat on the terrace... highly recommended

It's the details that make the difference!
Everything carefully studied... I don't think too many words are needed to describe the quality offered by the tavern, both in terms of the products (strictly 0 km) and the service.
We had the opportunity to go on a public holiday, and despite this, everything was nothing short of superlative.
Amazing gastronomic tasting accompanied by the friendliness of the owner and the girl who served us.
Definitely a landmark not to be missed in Caselle in Pittari.

Having lunch at the Tancredi tavern is a pleasant and evocative experience for the palate and the spirit. The food, from appetizers to first courses, not to forget the second courses and desserts, is fantastic: local cured meats, fried pies, mixed vegetables, whether or not stirred in a pan; Homemade first courses (tagliatelle, gnocchi, fusilli) with simple sauce, with sausage, truffle with or without sausage and meats of all types and maturation and home-made desserts (babà and delicious chocolate). To this we add the warmth, professionalism and friendship of the staff, all you have to do is try!
