Excellent value for money and everything is a delight for the eyes and the palate. The attention of the chef and staff for my interesting state was also greatly appreciated, something that I have never received so much elsewhere. We will be back, next time as a group of 3! ;)

Ordered two main courses and two side dishes, a delicious wild boar fillet, truly remarkable beyond expectations, saying delicious is an understatement, soft, juicy, well marinated, served with crunchy and very tasty chard. The other second course is the suckling pig combined with very particular vegetables, this dish also has excellent quality and well-balanced flavours The side dishes are also good, potatoes in their skins and Treviso radicchio in sauce. Generous portions and careful plating. They do not have bulk and local wine but niche wines. Ordered two glasses of amazing red wines, a scent and flavor that I hadn't tasted for a long time. Balanced price, I would say right for the quality and preparation. Location: The exterior is very suggestive and panoramic, in summer it must be very pleasant to dine outside. Siamo stati a cena in coppia un sabato sera, e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, ci siamo alzati da tavola non solo con la pancia piena ma con un esperienza ! Leggendo alcune recensioni a dirla tutta sembra che non siamo stati nello stesso posto, ma , da quanto deduco da alcune frasi che ho letto viene fatto un confronto con la vecchia gestione o cose del genere! Beh io sarò molto abbiettiva e sicuramente non sono la persona che frequenta un ristorante per postare foto sui social (infatti il secondo e il dolce non mi sono neanche ricordata di fotografarli)! Ho mangiato bene, abbondante ed ho apprezzato molto l'attenzione che viene messa nella scelta delle materie prime e nelle tecniche di cottura degli alimenti! Sicuramente non è una trattoria, i piatti vengono presentati con con molta cura , alcuni accostamenti sono particolari ma ci sono anche piatti super classici! Ovviamente i prezzi sono proporzionati al lavoro che c'e dietro ad ogni piatto! Perfino il pane ha una sua storia! Per noi è andata alla grande , non posso e non voglio fare nessun paragone perché ho apprezzato il nuovo progetto di questi ragazzi che non con poca fatica stanno raccontando la loro storia! Torneremo sicuramente!

Vi ho messo 3 pallini per la simpatia ma non li meritereste, purtroppo se la prima volta è andata bene non ho trovato un miglioramento come auspicavo anzi a parte l'uovo benedit e il salmone straordinario la vellutata di carciofi e lo stinco con quelle patate preferisco non commentarli, inoltre perché gli antipasti devono costare più di un primo e essere dei pasti, se si chiamano antipasti significa che attendono il pasto no che lo sono loro, il salmone buonissimo servito su un panino da hamburger mi fa passare la fame, inoltre quella bella griglia che avete li fuori perché non la utilizzate anche a pranzo? Immagino abbiate i vostri motivi quindi valutate voi, ma una buona costata o una grigliata mista certe volte fanno la differenza. Spero non vi arrabbiare per questa recensione avrei dovuto dirvelo di persona ma non ne avuto il coraggio. Perdonatemi, torneremo così potrete insultarci.
