A surprise find. Was able to get a table at the last minute and had such a great time with friends. Traditional Tuscan foods and wines. The staff, especially our waiter, were incredible. The steak was cooked greatly and the truffle gnocchi was amazing.

It was awesome food and service. Enjoyed the Steak Florentine was delicious with wine and lots of Lemoncello. If you are lucky the staff will sing til closing. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Truly a wonderful, authentic and super friendly Tuscan restaurant. Each time we visit Florence, we always make sure we enjoy a meal here. The food is wonderfully prepared and presented, whatever you may choose from the menu, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

We ordered gnocchi, anticipating something from another world, and the pirate suggested cheesecake 🥹 The cheesecake turned out to be something not normal. I have never tasted anything like this 😋. They do not open lunch on both days. I expect Saturday and Sunday, and the rest of the days they open from 6 o’clock in the evening.

Cena tra amici per degustare la carne. Un po’ caro il prezzo al kg della Fiorentina, non ho apprezzato il fatto che non ci abbiano mostrato il pezzo di taglio prima della cottura. Buona la carne e buon servizio.

Si direbbe una tipica trattoria fiorentina. Tradizione, porzioni abbondanti, menu tipico. Poi arrivano i piatti… ed è commozione: il tagliere è di livello, ma il crostino ai fegatini di pollo è sublime. Gli gnocchi allo zabaglione di parmigiano e tartufo nero sono un piatto straordinario, intelligente, equilibrato, creativo…. Imperdibile! Ma, in generale, in ogni piatto c’è una nota che da buono lo porta ad un livello assoluto. Se ad una cucina superiore si aggiunge un servizio pieno di simpatia, direi quasi affettuoso, ecco che si passa una serata indimenticabile. Grazie! Il rapporto qualità/prezzo, considerando l’esperienza, è ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

When in Florence we always head for this restaurant , it has a most pleasant ambiance and the service is first class . We enjoyed as starters a mixed green salad and the mozzarella , then the veal chop with spinach … the latter cooked to perfection . A nice bottle of wine to enjoy the evening

Splendida location in pieno centro a due passi dal ponte S.ta Trinita e da Palazzo Strozzi. Locale antico su due piani, tutto in legno e un interrato. Cucina toscana tipica, con le classiche tagliatelle al ragù toscano, al cinghiale e ai porcini. Bistecche alla fiorentina, agnello alla brace e fagioli cannellini all'olio come esempio di ottimi secondi e contorni. Davvero una trattoria toscana dove gustare il meglio delle specialità locali. Servizio ottimo, prezzi nella media, ambiente accogliente. Che volere di più?

07/04/2024: Honestly, girlfriend and I are very happy with this place. We ate like pigs, I even drank a liter of beer. The food is very tasty, the staff is extremely friendly. Really two praises for this place and a sincere recommendation for anyone.

02/04/2024: Found by chance a kilometer from the motorway exit during a long journey, it was a real discovery!! The staff is very kind and welcoming, they have an energy and courtesy that makes you feel at home. The guys in the dining room were able to advise us carefully and in fact everything we ate was excellent. Even though we only ordered one dish each, we managed to taste a bit of everything: the starter of mixed cold cuts and cheeses was good, the tagliatelle with wild boar ragout were divine, not to mention the sliced ​​meat and fillet which were of the highest quality and cooked perfectly. The desserts were an excellent conclusion to a good lunch. We renew our compliments to the kitchen and thank you very much for making us feel welcomed. Keep up the good work guys, good luck!!
02/04/2024: We arrived at the busy restaurant very hungry on a Friday evening. The service was quick, the food was delicious and on the table quickly. Friendly service, good food and wine - highly recommended!
