Small and simple place with tasty dishes

A very sweet spot for vegans! She has a changing menu that responds to whatever is in season. We were lucky to find several vegan dishes that were incredibly good. When I asked how she made some dishes she even offered to email me the recipes.

We had lunch in this bistro near the Basilica of S. Vitale. The cuisine is mainly oriented towards vegan/vegetarian (which is why we chose it) with some more classic proposals. The dishes we ate were delicious, the cost was low and the service was fast and pleasant. If we return to Emilia-Romagna we will definitely stop by again!
