A vederlo passeggiando sul corso quasi non si nota, se non per il cartello in strada che mostra il Panpolpo. Complice l'orario entriamo e nel banco c'è una esposizione di polpi preparati in tutti i modi. Ovviamente la nostra scelta cade su 2 Panpolpi. I 10€ meglio spesi in questa vacanza. Panino stracolmo di polpo perfettamente cucinato, morbidissimo e saporitissimo. Ottime anche le vaschette per l'asporto. Se passate da Bosa il mio consiglio è di fermarvi e pranzare qui, in uno dei due tavolini disponibili all'interno. Consigliatissimo.

Polipo freschissimo e cucinato direttamente dal proprietario. Noi l’abbiamo preso e mangiato sia a pranzo che a cena. Complimenti. Da provare

Alduccio al Panificio

07/04/2024: Exceptional! Everything is simply exceptional, with perfect freshness and a simplicity that puts taste and authenticity in the spotlight.
15/10/2023: A super nice "hipster place" that is reminiscent of Berlin or Bern - the location is fantastic in a quiet backyard, quiet and inviting to take plenty of time to eat. We were relatively disappointed with the latter. We had two fried courses which were unfortunately poorly fried and lukewarm when they were served (stood around for a relatively long time) and the fresh pasta portion was relatively small and unfortunately a bit heavily salted. The service was quite distant and took little time even though the restaurant was very poorly attended - this may be due to the end of the season...
