I had dinner in chef Peter Brunel's restaurant, I chose Gabriele D'Annunzio's Menà. Exceptional raw materials. Incredible environment, excellent welcome. Truly incredible flavors. In addition we decided to get "Nigiri al Foie Gras" and it was a great choice. Absolutely must try!

A lunch that was a breath of fresh air, a relief for the head and a gift for the heart and all the senses. A welcome that I hadn't felt in a long time, more accustomed to Milanese Michelin-starred restaurants... from the aperitif to the tray of sweets, we really appreciated the generous service. The chosen menu was adapted to our time needs without the slightest raise of an eyelash, even this attitude is more difficult to find in Milan... but then the spaces, the tables so spaced out and the place so airy that it felt like being outside. A play of lights coming from the garden which was the perfect setting for the sensational dishes that were brought to us. Also noteworthy is the exchange of jokes and opinions with the sommelier. Congratulations to everyone!

Dining in this starred restaurant was an unforgettable experience: the best and most fun dinner I've ever had! The chef did not just delight us with his culinary creations, but accompanied us throughout the evening, making the experience even more special. Every dish told a story, every flavor was a discovery. A heartfelt thank you for making our evening wonderful. I can not wait to come back!

Yes, because entering the restaurant is like crossing the threshold of the Chef's home: you sit in the living room for an aperitif and then are accompanied to the experience at the tables. Contemporary style, the references to D'Annunzio are evident, like the homages to the poet in the dishes. Many menu options, many tasting itineraries, it is impossible not to please every palate (and pocket!). We opt for a short 3-course menu plus dessert, the unforgettable Rossini fillet (reinvented) and the fish soup. A lot of aesthetic care was taken in the plating, as in the desserts, perhaps more beautiful than good.

At Peter Brunel you will find innovative cuisine that respects tradition and raw materials, an elegant and refined location that at the same time welcomes you as if it were home. Depending on the season you can find different gastronomic proposals, usually three tasting menus plus the possibility of choosing a la carte some iconic dishes designed by the chef. Personally I chose the "The great classics" menu - present in June 2023. An experience out of the ordinary that must be lived. Star more than deserved

A unique experience, these are the words that best describe last night's experience. Incredible place, kind, helpful and always present staff, spectacular cuisine. Almost all the dishes are told directly by the Chef, who with his kind presence tells you about his creation, making you understand his thoughts. These innovative culinary solutions transform simple cooking into art. I hope to relive the experience again by trying an alternative menu to be able to experience other emotions. Seconda volta in questo ristorante che conferma le nostre aspettative La settimana scorsa siamo ritornati in questo ristorante per festeggiare il compleanno di mio nipote. Ci è molto piaciuto il tavolo che ci hanno riservato in quanto era un po’ separato dal resto della sala e aveva un suo divanetto dove abbiamo degustato l’aperitivo. Abbiamo scelto tutti il menù “I miei grandi classici” e lo consiglio vivamente. Ogni portata viene spiegata da Peter Brunel con passione e calore ai suoi ospiti, un vero piacere ascoltarlo senza risultare borioso ma anzi molto modesto e piacevole. In un menù degustazione ci sono sempre tra i tanti piatti proposti, quelli che porterai nel tuo cuore e nella tua mente e per me sono stati: Il ricordo di Lofoten, innanzitutto un’opera d’arte con dovizia di dettagli e dei colori che lasciano senza fiato, al palato vengono confermate le sensazioni e le aspettative; secondo piatto per me uovo&uova, tutti i sapori delle uova rimangono ben distinti uno dall’altro ma nello stesso tempo regalano al palato un perfetto equilibrio; terzo il dessert terre di asparagi una combinazione eccellente tra la mousse di asparagi e il crumble di cioccolato. Un ringraziamento al personale di sala, assolutamente impeccabili nel servizio ma nello stesso tempo molto accoglienti ci hanno regalato una piacevole serata in famiglia che ricorderemo.
