Con amici abbiamo passato una bella giornata con degustazione di un'ottima polenta con baccalà et al. mmmmmmmmm il baccalà con pomodorini e ceci!

Place with many seats available and very popular. The staff is courteous and as far as the menu is concerned, the quality/price ratio is good. The tagliatelle with wild boar ragout were good, the mixed grilled meat was honestly only 90% pork and only half a slice of chicken. For €16 they could also add a small piece of lamb for my tastes, but overall good.

Fantastic place, excellent cuisine, welcoming with qualified staff. Don't miss the famous fillets cooked by chaf Angelo. And in summer... A dip in the pool.

I ate well, the cold cuts, cheeses and fornarina, very good. The pizza was well cooked, fine....I liked it a lot.....the only flaw was the service.....the guys were very good and helpful but too few for the amount of groups to be served.. ...!!!! At least 3 more people were needed......and this significantly decreased the quality of the service. However I will return.

Partiamo dell'accoglienza.... Federico... e Ale veramente eccezionali cn i clienti.... come il resto dello staff.... Tutti molto attenti alla cura del cliente Cibo SUPER ECCELLENTE..... ANTIPASTO ... 04/03/2024: The best pizza I've ever eaten, the dough is particular with a flour that makes it remain rough and of the same consistency both when it arrives steaming and at the end. Truly high quality.
20/02/2024: Does Remy happen to work here?!?! Given the name and how it is eaten, one naturally wonders whether the story of Ratatouille was inspired by this place. Getting serious, there is no mouse in the kitchen but certainly an excellent pizza chef. One of the best Neapolitan-style pizzas you can eat in the province of Ancona and its surroundings. The side dishes and desserts also deserve a note of merit. The service was excellent and impeccable. A little small but still welcoming place in the historic center of Ripe. Recommended, it's not the first time we've come but we waited a while to review it! Also worth trying is the new place they opened in Senigallia!
