Una piacevolissima esperienza culinaria, la continua ricerca innovazione e attenzione nel cucinare creare e scegliere la materia prima e tipo di cottura fanno si che ogni volta che andiamo li a mangiare sia una piacevolissima sorpresa,il tutto unito dalla professionalità e simpatia dello staff e dei titolari.

It's already the second time I've been there and honestly we had a really good time! Friendly and nice staff, helpful and friendly. Good quality products and not exaggerated prices. Nice and relaxing evenings from a terrace on Piazza del Sale, which shows you a different Grosseto.

Locale nella storica e centralissima Piazza del sale pizza buonissima cinghiale in umido e maialino in crosta ottimi... Buoni anche i dolci ci torneremo.

Abbiamo cenato in terrazza, i camerieri sono giovani, gentili e disponibili. La pizza è molto buona, non ti appesantisce per niente. Buoni anche i dolci. Consiglio vivamente.

Siamo andati a trovare Lucio perché ci mancava alle Marze: abbiamo trovato un ristorante in ottima posizione, buonissima pizza, carne di qualità, servizio ottimo e una calorosa accoglienza. All’anno prossimo!!

06/05/2024: A really wonderful place. Ristorante La Rosa Blu enchanted me from the start. The atmosphere is incredibly homely and cozy. The owners are warm and attentive, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The young man in service is charming and very friendly. The dishes are simple but incredibly tasty. The homemade pasta dishes are a dream and taste like “Mamma's”. Every bite is a delight! I was also impressed by the pizza, crispy dough, generously topped with just the right amount of cheese. Haven't eaten better anywhere. Here we cook with love. Thank you very much for that. Overall, Ristorante la Rosa Blu is a place I can recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy real Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.

19/03/2024: We came for a late lunch and was greeted by Martina, who was wonderful to us. The food was delicious, homey dishes. Martina spoke English and was happy to explain what they had on the menu. We will definitely be back and recommend all to visit for a great local home cooked meal with love. Grazie Mille Martina and Franco!
