Excellent Pinsa in a small town in the Viterbo area. Small but very welcoming place, furnished with old tools from the past used to cultivate the land, which give a characteristic touch to the environment. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and knows how to accommodate every single request from the staff. The owner has memories of the staff returning to the restaurant, a sign of attention to detail. Very light pinsa dough with high hydration, digestibility and quality ingredients. Super recommended place, we too. We return every time we are passing through.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni a Vetralla e la prima sera abbiamo cenato in questa pizzeria. Pinsa buonissima, pinsarelli eccezionali, bruschetta con burrata e prosciutto mai mangiata così buona....tanto da decidere di ritornarci la terza sera per poter gustare di nuovo quelle bontà...inoltre fondamentale digerita senza nessun problema....grazie grazieee.....CONSIGLIATISSIMOOOO!!!

Posto fantastico, da "forestiero" mi sono sentito subito appena entrato come se fossi uno di loro, lo staff gentilissimo simpaticissimo. La loro pinsa è uno spettacolo buonissima, se avessi avuto più tempo ne avrei mangiate almeno quattro ma mi sono fermato a tre, prezzo bassissimo..... Grazie a voi Vetralla non la dimenticherò mai. P.S. sono il ragazzo veneto che vive a Torino 😊😊

16/04/2024: 5 years ago I came to this amazing unique restaurant. I loved the food and the atmosphere. On my first trip back to Soriano, I was sad to see that it appeared that the ownership had changed and the food had gone downhill. I told my husband we should check it out anyway, and I was so happy we did!!! Apparently, the ownership has changed twice and the food was WONDERFUL! The new owners apparently take great pride in the heritage of the location and serve typical local food. It is delicious!! We had the antipasto as an appetizer. It was wonderful. The chicory salad with anchovies was delightful. The chickpea and chestnut soup was hearty and delicious. The pear and chocolate cake for dessert was so yummy. HIGHLY recommend!
