Excellent pizzas, nothing to say. Commercial strategy to make people consume more because they only have small bottles of water

A cathedral in the desert. You only go there for the pizza. And the pizza is really excellent and very light and worth the walk. Excellent frying; good choice of bottled craft beers. Very nice and well-kept place. Very kind staff. Just one small note... the pizza of the day offered off the menu (very good) had a cost of 14 euros which was not communicated when ordering. We're getting a little overpriced for a pizza. The other prices, however, are in line with high-level pizzerias. I'll definitely be back but I'll be a little more careful

Very good pizza dough but I must point out that there are no pizzas for lactose intolerants (and in the majority of the pizzas it is not even possible to remove the dairy products, since they are almost all creams), so the choice necessarily falls on 1/2 pizzas . Plus, even the starter is made up only of things with dairy products. Extremely disappointed.

Per chi vi accede la prima volta può un attimino restare interdetto per l'area circostante il locale (un po' degradata e periferica) ma è adiacente il rinomato ristorante Punto Nave. Parcheggio interno, fortemente consigliato prenotare; c'è un preposto, con tanto di leggio, che gestisce i clienti in ingresso. Location minimalista ma gradevole, tavoli con un buon distanziamento, una squadra di camerieri in continuo movimento e impeccabili, bagni decenti. Passando già dall'ingresso si rilevano i forni e personale che affetta gli ingredienti (di qualità) per le pizze. Ottima la varietà, pizze ben guarnite, cotte a puntino, cornicione a canotto soffice, ottimo impasto. Invece la pizza 🍕 fritta e poi cotta al forno non è risultata un granché: troppo untuosa forte il sapore dell'olio. Bravissimo il maitre, ottimi i dolci... unico neo aver sbagliato - due volte di seguito - l'ingrediente da omettere per allergia.

Mi avevano parlato molto di questa pizzeria e finalmente sono riuscito a provarla. La particolarità è sicuramente l'impasto leggerissimo al gusto. La pizza era molto buona ma, per i miei gusti, mancava un pochino di sale. Ottimi i croquettes.
