Excellent service and very fast! One of the best pizzerias in all of Italy🥰 the impact is soft and the ingredients are high quality, in the end the liqueur offered by the house is very welcome along with some sweets!

A mix of Italian traditional and modern design, the food is excellent and the portions are not bad for the price they offer. The restaurant is quite close to the center and I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is nearby and wants to eat something quality without spending too much money!!! The service was great and very humorous

Very good pizza and very kind, friendly and attentive staff. But it is not acceptable that together with the coffee you bring me the bill (unsolicited) and after less than 5 minutes you ask me if we can leave the table free. We booked we spent and you can't kick me out (with kindness let it be clear) immediately afterwards. For this reason alone I removed 2 stars.

Absolutely delicious pizza napoletana in a wide variety of different flavors, a selection of appetizers (arancini❤️), beer on tap and some basic cocktails - a perfect lunch/dinner spot. Plenty of outdoor seating, some indoor as well. Service is efficient. A must when visiting Trieste!

Ci sono stato a pranzo con la mia fidanzata. pizzeria napoletana molto frequentata nel borgo vecchio di trieste. ottima cucina e camerieri veramente disponibili. ho scelto una pizza con burrata e mortadella con il cornicione ripieno mentre per lei fritture tra cui i bucatini. abbondanza! conto onesto!

Pizzeria in piazza. Atmosfera molto carina. Camerieri easy e gentili. Pizza veramente buona, bordo altissimo e pasta gustosa. Mille varietà; quasi troppa scelta. A fine pasto arrivano i vari limoncelli o chi per loro, a titolo gratuito, a mio avviso non buonissimi e molto dolci.

04/04/2024: Among the best osmize in the Karst, with a vast offer of quality products and excellent teran. Very honest prices, lots of seating, both inside and outside. Large parking lot. Absolutely worth visiting.

04/03/2024: We simply love Paolo, his staff and place and also the region around muggia. We've been around the world to so many places but at Paolos we found a true jewel. We felt like home like we belong to this place. It's one of the most relaxing, warm-hearted, delicious and respectful places ever. You drink (wine, grappa) and eat (fruits, tomatoes) from Paolos garden. You can have dinner every evening with fresh, delicate seafood and wine as much as you can (around 50€-60€). Included breakfast is continental and coffee is good and you can have it in what time ever during the morning. It's not a hotel, it's home. The rooms are quiet simple but still very clean with good mattresses and they have AC & heater. If there's something you need, you don't like or you want, say it and you will get it. Maybe you have a good life now and staying at Paolos will make your life even better! Buy the wine and olive oil! High quality, great price. Baci to Paolo, beloved dog King and the whole team! We we'll be back soon!
