One of the best pizzerias in Viterbo, they are also the inventors of the unique and inimitable Gigi's hot dog which is sublime. The owners are very nice with a joke always ready. They also make calzones and some sweets. If you don't have the desire or time to cook, go to them!!! Today I decided to eat directly there, there are several tables available and the pizza is constantly being churned out.

Baldini Pizza e un esperienza ormai ultra decennale, che mi servo da Baldini Pizza, la pizza più buona e gustosa, il locale è pulito, personale ospitale con il sorriso , che i clienti sanno apprezzare la loro esperienza, e professionalità, nel campo della pizza, dove le persone fanno la fila per prendere la gustosa e delicata pizza al contatto con il palato, rispettando tutte norme Covid.

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo piacevolmente scoperto stasera questo localino sulla Teverina. Locale e personale accogliente, gentile e simpatico. Pizza buonissima con tante varietà sfiziose di gusti. Torneremo presto per assaggiare le altre specialità.Consigliatissimo!

17/03/2024: We arrived at 8.45pm, the appetizer if you can call it that arrived at 9.23pm: 2 bruschettas with olives, 2 with tomato, 2 with asparagus, 2 oil and salt, 2 slices of raw ham and 2 of capocollo for 5 people...basically who ate and who watched. We get to the pizzas: they arrived at 10.30pm after I had to intervene by saying if they had forgotten. Overall, the pizza isn't bad. Oh I forgot...on the receipt we paid €10 for the service!!!! Mashed potato!!!! After we waited more than an hour!!!! For goodness' sake
01/03/2024: I went to this pizzeria on a Saturday night for dinner. The lower part inside a sort of cave is characteristic. The pizza was excellent, very digestible and good. Friendly and punctual service even though the place was full.

10/03/2024: I came from Spain to eat here with my family because it was recommended to me: INCREDIBLE!!!! Fast and unbeatable service: Pierluigi, the manager, is very friendly and recommended some great dishes to us! We have eaten all fresh fish and seafood, with 3 starters we have eaten 6!!!! Fettuccine with seafood and ravioli with scorpion fish and truffle: delicious! Fast service, very abundant dishes and very good homemade desserts! The check? Very economical for what we have eaten in quality and quantity! I definitely recommend it to everyone!
